Use the filtering options (condition, brand, age range, price) above the collection grid to narrow down to the right products quickly. ### What age ranges or size recommendations are helpful? Each product lists recommended age/weight/height ranges in the description. For example, strollers may list “birth to 50 lb”. Always check the specs before purchase. ### What does “gently used / open box” really mean for a product? Open box = brand new item, box opened or imperfect. Gently used = lightly pre-owned, inspected, may have minor cosmetic wear but fully functional. (Refer to our condition guide on the site.) ### Are the accessories, original packaging, and parts included? For new and open box items - yes, typically everything is included. For floor models or gently used items, packaging may be missing and accessories are subject to condition notes. ### How do I know the manufacturing date or expiry of items like car seats? We include manufacturing/expiry information when available. Always verify the date if purchasing safety gear (like car seats) with expiry considerations. ### Can I reserve an item or add it to a wishlist? We do not hold inventory. Items in your cart are not reserved. Limited quantities move fast, so we recommend checking out promptly. ### What if something I like is sold out? You can sign up for email alerts or join our newsletter - we drop new inventory often and send notifications when new items become available. ### Do open-box or gently used items affect size or fit? No. Size, fit, and functionality remain the same as new items. Condition refers only to packaging or cosmetic appearance. ### How do I compare condition levels across items? We label each condition clearly (New, Open Box, Floor Model, Gently Used). Use our “Condition” page for details on what each label means. ### Does the item condition affect warranty or return eligibility? Yes - see the condition label. For example, gently used items may not have manufacturer warranty, and return eligibility may vary slightly (check product page or summary). ### What is a Final Sale item? Final Sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges. These products are sold as-is and do not include manufacturer warranties.
